Nothing in Drop 001 sits in a warehouse. When you order something, that's when it actually gets made — printed, cut, sewn, whatever the piece needs — which is different from most clothing you buy online, where the item's already sitting on a shelf somewhere waiting to be shipped.
That's the tradeoff: it takes longer, but nothing goes to waste. We're not printing a few hundred shirts and hoping enough of them sell. We print what people actually order.
Here's the real timeline, not a rounded-up marketing number:
- Production — 3–7 business days. We aim to get every order shipped within 8 business days of payment.
- Delivery — another 5–7 business days once it leaves the facility (U.S. addresses).
- Total — usually 8–14 business days from order to delivery. Occasionally it stretches to 15 if production runs on the slower end of that window.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships, so you're not just guessing where it is.
If you're ordering for a specific date — a trip, an event, whatever — plan around the 14-day number, not the 8-day one. Production timelines are estimates, and we'd rather you have a realistic expectation than an optimistic one that doesn't pan out. More details on the Shipping & Returns page.
